Shipping Policy

At Yugan Builds, we carefully prepare and package each order before handing it over to our delivery partner.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered.

1. Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery within Malaysia to locations available through our checkout.

Delivery availability and shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery address, parcel size, weight and delivery service selected.

If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at hello@yuganbuilds.com and we will let you know whether an alternative delivery arrangement is available.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed.

For ready-to-ship products, we generally aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 2–5 business days.

For customised, personalised or made-to-order products, additional preparation time may apply. Any applicable estimated preparation time will be communicated on the relevant product page or during the ordering process.

Business days exclude Sundays and Malaysian public holidays.

During periods of unusually high order volume, product launches, promotions or circumstances outside our reasonable control, processing may take longer than usual.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been dispatched, delivery time depends on the delivery service, destination and other circumstances affecting the courier.

For most domestic Malaysian deliveries, estimated courier transit time is generally:

• West Malaysia: approximately 1–5 business days

• East Malaysia: approximately 3–7 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Remote areas, islands, rural locations and locations subject to additional courier handling may require additional time.

The estimated delivery timeframe begins after the parcel has been handed to the delivery provider, not when the order is first placed.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping costs may depend on factors including:

• delivery destination;

• parcel dimensions;

• parcel weight;

• quantity ordered;

• delivery service selected; and

• any applicable promotional shipping offers.

Where free shipping is offered, the applicable conditions will be displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

Please check your:

• name;

• phone number;

• address;

• postcode;

• city; and

• state

before completing your order.

If you discover an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@yuganbuilds.com.

We will try to update the address before dispatch where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the parcel has been handed to the courier.

6. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept the parcel or other circumstances attributable to the customer, the courier may return the parcel to us.

If the parcel is returned to Yugan Builds, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Additional delivery charges may apply where the failed delivery or return resulted from information or actions attributable to the customer, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Courier Delays

We work with third-party delivery providers and cannot directly control their delivery operations.

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances including:

• high parcel volumes;

• severe weather;

• flooding;

• public holidays;

• courier operational issues;

• incorrect address information;

• remote-area delivery;

• accidents;

• road closures;

• service disruptions; or

• other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will provide reasonable assistance in contacting or communicating with the courier where necessary.

A courier delay does not automatically mean that an order has been lost.

8. Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will provide the tracking information to you through the relevant order or shipping communication.

You may use the tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Tracking information is provided by the delivery provider and may take some time to update after dispatch.

9. Damaged Parcels

We package our products carefully before dispatch.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:

1. Take photographs or video of the parcel before opening it, where possible.

2. Photograph the shipping label.

3. Photograph the outer packaging and any visible damage.

4. Photograph or record the product and any damage to it.

5. Contact us at hello@yuganbuilds.com with your order number.

Please keep the packaging and damaged product until we have had an opportunity to assess the matter.

Providing photographs or video helps us investigate the issue and communicate with the delivery provider.

This does not remove or limit any statutory rights you may have under Malaysian law.

10. Lost Parcels

If tracking indicates that your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact us.

We will investigate the shipment with the relevant delivery provider.

Where a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with the circumstances and applicable Malaysian law.

11. Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect product, missing item or quantity that does not match your order, contact us at hello@yuganbuilds.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

• your order number;

• photographs of the items received;

• photographs of the shipping label; and

• a description of the issue.

We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where the issue is attributable to Yugan Builds.

12. Defective or Materially Different Products

If your product arrives defective or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us.

Where applicable under Malaysian law, we will provide the appropriate remedy and bear reasonable re-delivery costs where required.

Our Return and Refund Policy provides further information about defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different products.

13. Delivery of Large or Heavy Products

Some Yugan Builds products may be larger or heavier than standard parcels.

Where a product requires a specialised delivery service or additional delivery arrangement, the applicable shipping method and charges will be communicated before the order is completed.

Customers should ensure that the delivery location is reasonably accessible for the selected delivery service.

Any special delivery requirements should be communicated to us before placing the order where possible.

14. Delivery to Apartments, Condominiums and Gated Properties

For deliveries to apartments, condominiums, gated communities or buildings with access restrictions, you are responsible for providing any information reasonably required for the courier to access the delivery location.

This may include:

• building name;

• unit number;

• block or tower;

• access instructions;

• security requirements; and

• a contact number.

If the courier cannot access the property because required information was not provided, the delivery may be delayed or an additional delivery attempt may be required.

15. International Shipping

Unless expressly stated on the relevant product page or agreed with us in advance, Yugan Builds does not currently offer international shipping.

If international delivery becomes available in the future, additional shipping charges, customs requirements, duties, taxes and import restrictions may apply.

16. Delivery Times Are Estimates

All delivery timeframes stated on our website, checkout, order confirmation or shipping communications are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

However, this does not exclude or restrict any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Malaysian law.
